Congratulations Stephanie! Thank you for fostering community within the ballroom world. Warm aloha, Patrice
Thanks Patrice for participating! Your website has also been added. Thank you for sharing your transformative journey in Becoming Ginger Rogers!
Thanks for including me! I’ve altered my categories a bit so you can find all my dance related posts here: http://seejendance.com/category/rhinestones/
(Unless, of course, people are really interested in my diabetes advocacy efforts…)
Hey, Stef. Do you mind if I add the links from your “Ballroom Village” page to mine? I want to help build the community.
Of course! That’s the plan!
Hopefully all members will share all links.
Just discovered your blog, Stefanie! I love your insight into the ballroom world through a student’s eyes and how it has changed your life. Dancing, and maybe even especially partner dancing, is healing and therapeutic in a way that not many other activities can offer. I love how the combination of music, movement and touch affects our inner self.
We’ve just opened a website with a blog that focuses on dancesport competition. Hope you can check it out and add it to your Ballroom Village Community. See you on the dance floor! _ Melissa

Hello, Stephanie! I came across your blog after deciding I wanted to blog about my ballroom journey and wanted to research blog names for inspiration (and I didn’t want to take anyone else’s). Really enjoyed reading through and I hope to see an update from you soon! Take care!

Hi there! Just came across your blog and I’m excited to find another ballroom student blogging from the student’s perspective. That is my goal with my new site: http://thegirlwiththetreetattoo.com/blog/
I’m just getting started, branching out from my original site (https://theuphillfactor.wordpress.com). I’d love to be a part of your village and share in our ballroom experiences! I feel like I’m getting cheesy but I really do love connecting with people pursuing their passions. Happy dancing!

Stephanie,
Katie (a.k.a The Girl with the Tree Tattoo) suggested I visit your blog and I am delighted she did! My blog, The Dancing Housewife, is the chronicle of my journey from domestic goddess (i.e. stay-at-home-mom and housewife) to ballroom dance diva. I joke about this new obsession being my version of a mid-life crisis, minus the red sports car and cabana boy… Anyway, please stop by http://www.thedancinghousewife.com and let me know what you think.
I’d love to be a part of your Ballroom Village. Just let me know what I need to do! You may email me at admin@thedancinghousewife.com.
Thanks and keep on dancing!

Hi! My name is Meg and I am the Ballroom Bombshell. I added you to my Ballroom Village because I love your idea and I was hoping you could add me to yours. Thanks so much and have a great day!

If you’re interested, I’ve updated the list of Ballroom Village links at https://adventuresinthedancekingdom.wordpress.com/ballroom-village/ for everyone. Feel free to copy the page to update yours, if you want, and let me know if you see any changes needed. I’m going to try and keep a master list for everyone interested in participating. Yay!
Hi,
I had a private dancer teacher who was 18 and a finalist of Bulgaria named Ivan in 2007. I Googled him and the dance competition picture popped up and I believe he was the male dancer. Could someone please confirm and tell him that his former Chinese student is looking for him. I can be contacted by sparkfitsv@gmail.com.
Thanks for your help!
